Privacy Policy

Through the application form and chat widget we collect your name, email address, phone number, the credit score range you select, the funding amount you are seeking, and anything you choose to write in the free-text field. If you become a client we also hold the credit reports you or your account manager upload, and the documents attached to your file.

We use it to contact you about your application, to prepare and run your strategy call, and — if you become a client — to carry out the work on your file. Where you arrived through a referral link, the affiliate or partner who referred you can see that you applied and the progress of your file.

We do not sell your personal information. This mirrors the promise made on the application form, and must remain true.

TO BE COMPLETED — this section must list every third party that receives customer data: the email provider, any credit-report provider, lenders you are introduced to, and any analytics or hosting provider. It must be accurate and kept current.

TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL — access, correction, deletion and opt-out rights differ by state (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others each impose their own requirements), and the disclosures required of a credit repair organisation are stricter again. Do not ship generic text here.

TO BE COMPLETED — how long files are kept, how they are stored, and what happens when you stop being a client. Uploaded documents currently persist on the server until deleted.
