Placeholder — not legal advice, not reviewed by counsel
This page exists so the site does not link to nothing and so the structure is in place. The text below is a skeleton written by a developer, not a lawyer. It must be reviewed and completed by a qualified attorney before this site takes real customer data in production — credit repair is governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act and by state statutes that vary considerably.
What we do, and what we do not do
We review your credit reports, dispute information we have reason to believe is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, and help you build a credit profile that lenders will consider. We then position you with lenders.
We do not remove accurate, current information from a credit report. Nobody can. Any company telling you otherwise is not being straight with you.
Your right to do this yourself
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, free of charge, by contacting TransUnion, Experian and Equifax directly. You are never required to pay anyone for that right. You may also obtain a free copy of your credit report from each bureau.
Your right to cancel
TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL — the Credit Repair Organizations Act gives you three business days to cancel a contract without penalty, and requires that a written notice of cancellation be provided with the contract. The exact wording and the accompanying form are prescribed by statute and must be reproduced correctly.
Fees
TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL — the Credit Repair Organizations Act prohibits charging or receiving payment before the promised services have been fully performed. How and when fees are billed must be described here and must match how the business actually operates.
No guarantee of results
We cannot guarantee a particular credit score, a particular outcome on any dispute, or approval by any lender. Bureaus, furnishers and lenders make their own decisions and we do not control them.
Disclosures required before you sign
TO BE COMPLETED BY COUNSEL — federal law requires that the separate written statement “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law” be given to you before any contract is signed, and many states require additional disclosures, bonding, or registration.
